Southwest Minnesota State University is a liberal arts institution located in Marshall, Minnesota, a vibrant community of 13,500 named one of Amercia's best small towns. SMSU offers 50 majors, 48 minors and four master's degrees. SMSU has been honored for its affordability, and its overall return on investment.
