About Heavy Equipment Colleges of America

Heavy Equipment Colleges of America was founded in 2006. We are proud to offer a wide range of training programs for a variety of heavy equipment operations. Our campuses have been named approved testing sites for the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). Due to the success of our staff, our students, our learning environment and our dedication to continually improving and growing our campuses and programs, our colleges have collectively grown by 122% over the past three years.* This is impressive growth to be sure, however the most impressive part is that it shows no signs of slowing!

Why you should attend?

Our campuses focus on educating students for successful careers in heavy equipment operations, as well as its associated aggregate industries. We are a testing site approved by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). To prepare our students for a career in heavy equipment operations, we offer Heavy Machinery programs designed to develop the knowledge and skillsets that will help them succeed. Our school has instituted policies to address the concerns and needs of military spouses and their families. We've constructed our admissions, retention, career counseling, and mentoring programs to help alleviate the difficulties faced by military spouses. Our flexible learning options and degree continuation programs are designed to accommodate deployments and relocation.

A program that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to drive trucks and buses, delivery vehicles, for-hire vehicles and other commercial vehicles, or to instruct commerical vehicle operators. Includes instruction in operating gas, diesel, or electrically-powered vehicles; loading and unloading cargo or passengers; reporting delays or accidents on the road; verifying load against shipping papers; arranging transportation for personnel; and keeping records of receipts and fares.
