About Chattahoochee Technical College

Chattahoochee Technical College serves a six-county area in North Georgia. We're proud to offer education and training services as part of the Technical College System of Georgia's mission of "providing technical, academic and adult education and training focused on building a well-educated, globally competitive workforce for Georgia." We offer degrees, diplomas, and certificates in more than 50 programs of study in these five broad program areas: Business Sciences; Computer Sciences and Engineering Technology; Health Sciences; Personal and Public Services; and Technical Studies. Our broad spectrum of educational offerings includes community training courses, Adult Education classes, and programs for current high school students.

Our veteran-focused college offers veterans and those continuing to serve the opportunity to pursue their academic and career goals in a friendly and supportive environment. We have a sustained enrollment of 400+ military service members. Our Veteran Services Center serves as a safe-haven for all military students to talk with others, relax, or study. a large number of employees have voluntarily became a part of the Green Zone Team which has a better understanding and increased awareness of the military's unique needs and expectations. We are then better equipped to help the students remove barriers to successful academic goal attainment.

Our school has instituted policies to address the concerns and needs of military spouses and their families. We've constructed our admissions, retention, career counseling, and mentoring programs to help alleviate the difficulties faced by military spouses. Our flexible learning options and degree continuation programs are designed to accommodate deployments and relocation.
