As a Non-For-Profit Lutheran institution that demonstrates the characteristics of being Military Friendly, Concordia University is committed to providing first class service to support our Active, Reserve and Veteran personnel and their families. Our Veteran Service Department is prepared to advise active military, veterans and their family members on utilizing military education benefits, providing resources for academic success, and building community involvement with the establishment of the 1st American Legion Post on a college campus in Wisconsin. Concordia participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program and works closely with community leaders to promote military and veteran education.

Military Spouses

Concordia University Wisconsin is dedicated to serving all military personnel and their families. CUW takes great pride in working with Active and Veteran members of the military and their families by offering several internal scholarships and grants for military spouses and dependents. This allows them to receive an opportunity to maximize their education benefits to their full advantage. Additionally, CUW has a tremendous network of partners focused on serving military families across a large spectrum of resources. This will allow the Veteran and their family to receive additional care should they need it.
