Rose State College

Rose State College is a two-year community college conveniently located in Midwest City near Tinker Air Force Base and only 10 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City. Rose State welcomes more than 13,000 students annually and offers over 60 degree programs and certifications, small class sizes with a 21:1 student-to-faculty ratio, on-campus student housing, and is among the lowest tuition costs in Oklahoma. Rose State offers three main pathways: high school concurrent courses, two-year associate degrees and certifications, and transferable degrees. As a public open-admission institution, Rose State’s mission is to foster lifelong learning and make higher education accessible to all.

Why you should attend?

Rose State College has a long history and commitment to serving active-duty military members and veterans. Tinker Air Force Base is less than two miles away from Rose State College and operates an office on-base to assist our military students. Rose State provides educational assistance to active-duty servicemen and women, veterans, National Guard, and Reserve Forces. Rose State understands the unique needs of serving military personnel, and tailor our courses and programs to meet those needs. The college offers courses in a variety of modalities, including two-week, four-week, eight-week, 16-week, online, in-person, and via web conferencing.
