Why you should attend?

Northern State University offers a private school feel at a public school price. NSU is a small, tight-knit campus within easy walking distance of downtown Aberdeen. It's a superb place for veterans and military members to get involved and feel part of their college experience. There are veterans working at NSU from faculty, to staff, to administrators. NSU awards ACE credits for military training, as well as credit for CLEP, AP and DSST. NSU offers support through academic success seminars & classes (IDL) and the Student Veteran Resource Center.
