NCCC provides a comprehensive service for veterans ranging from active duty-to-student transition assistance, secondary career assistance, and those who are seeking a fresh start. NCCC offers a unique one-on-one onboarding process that includes assistance with the college application, an initial congratulatory email for applying, an orientation designed to assist in benefit navigation, academic advisement, and counseling. NCCC offers a variety of programs that allow students seamless transition to local universities through SUNY transfer agreements, memorandum of understandings and local partnerships. Moreover, the veteran services office provides guidance to students who seek to make the next step on their educational journey.
