Why Work at the Company?

The majority of our workforce is in our field operations. Our crew structure is similar to the small, close-knit teams veterans are used to. A 5 man line crew is almost identical to an infantry fire team. We are mission oriented and our mission has a clear and measurable impact on our neighbors. When hurricanes, winter storms, floods, tornadoes and other disasters strike and force people to evacuate our line crews are moving in to make repairs and put lives back together. Growth potential is only limited by the individual lineman.
