Why work with us?

onsemi is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, recognizing that our company is at its strongest when it effectively draws upon the wide variety of experiences, knowledge, culture, customers and backgrounds from all employees and leaders. More specifically, the company is an excellent place for veterans to work and offers exclusive support to veterans, military members and family through our Veteran and Military Employees (VME) employee resource group. VME’s mission is to recruit veterans and military members and provide these employees transitional assistance into the civilian workforce here at onsemi. In addition, the goal is to develop and retain these employees and increase networking through community outreach. In 2020 onsemi became a partner with the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program that assists military members in gaining civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of service.
