Humana has a deep commitment to hiring Veterans and Military Spouses through our national veteran's hiring initiative. Since implementing our national veteran's hiring initiative in August 2011, Humana has hired over 6400 Veterans and Military Spouses. We have an ongoing annual goal of 500 new hires, with a focus on Wounded Warriors. We have HR resources dedicated exclusively to hiring Veterans, Military Spouses, and Wounded Warriors. Humana also has a robust Veterans Network Resource Group of over 2700 members to help prepare and support veterans and spouses as they transition and navigate careers.
