GDBA finds that veterans make ideal candidates for positions with the firm as they tend to already embody the desired traits and qualities we seek: our candidates must be fit, honest, trustworthy, passionate, service oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a variety of situations. GDBA has a merit-based promotion system-- we reward our associates' performance, innovation, and creativity. Additionally, while we hire candidates from a range of background and experience levels, more senior level starting positions are available for candidates who served as a Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-6+), or who are LEOSA eligible.
