Howard College

Howard College is a public, non-profit community college located in West Texas. We cover 13 counties and hosts 29 independent school districts – proof that we touch many lives, both young and old, in our efforts to provide a top-quality higher education option in West Texas. HC also has the only community college for the deaf in the state of Texas. HC has worked with the several federal agencies (both military and civilian) to develop programs that help active duty, Veteran and their families not only in the class, but outside as well. HC offers degree programs, certificate programs, and courses suited for military members and veterans to help educate, train, and ease the transition from the military to civilian life.
