Why you should attend?

Georgia Southern University is an excellent choice for military service members and veterans due to our commitment to military-connected students' success. Over the last year, Georgia Southern University created a Veteran Services Task Force (VSTF) from across many departments at the institution to identify and remove barriers for veteran students. Additionally, our institution invested in staffing our Military & Veterans Services Department and designated two Military Resource Centers at two of the three campuses. Georgia Southern University is a recipient of a grant ($459,000) from the Department of Education to establish a Center of Excellence for Student Veteran Success.
