Why Work at the Company?

At PwC, we have long believed veterans add unique value, provide diversity of thought, and bring depth to our workforce. Therefore, the PwC Veterans Affinity Network was established in 2010 to recruit and support veterans and their families. In 2015 we further enhanced our focus through the creation of a comprehensive strategic roadmap focused on attracting, hiring, mentoring, and retaining veterans/veteran spouses. The roadmap includes many components, including the following items: mandatory veteran recruiting and HR trainings, more aggressive veteran talent acquisition goals and campaigns, formal mentorship programs for candidates and new-hires, and an increased focus on PwC veteran recognition.
