Adler Graduate School

The Adler Graduate School is a non-profit graduate school training therapists including art therapists, marriage, couple and family therapists, mental health counselors, school counselors and co-occurring disorders/addiction counseling therapists. The Adler Graduate School offers two Master of Arts Degrees: one in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy with the different emphasis areas (noted above) and a second Master of Arts Degree in Applied Adlerian Psychology in Leadership. In addition, three different certificates are offered. AGS’ curriculum presents a broad spectrum of current theories of psychology, with an emphasis on Adlerian principles. Adler is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. All course work can be done via online and on campus. Some programs can be completed totally on line with a short residency requirement.

Why you should attend?

Because of Adler Graduate School's online programs, military members may take classes wherever they are stationed and complete the residency requirements while on leave. Internship obligations for therapy training can also occur wherever the member may be and students can use Zoom for supervision classes to cover Field Experience hours. Each class is 5 weeks long and asynchronous so there is convenience in submitting postings and assignments.
