Abilene Christian University is a 20-minute drive from Dyess Air Force Base and a Yellow Ribbon School with an established record of welcoming and serving members of the military and their dependents. Its academic offerings, 79 baccalaureate majors in more than 164 areas of study, 35 master's degree programs, and four doctoral programs are available to all students who qualify through several VA Education Bene ts Programs. ACU has a discounted rate for active-duty military stations at Dyess who seek an undergraduate degree.
