Georgia State University’s Military Outreach Center (MOC) was established in 2012 and serves a large militaryconnected population across six campuses and Online. The MOC understands the unique challenges that veterans often face when transitioning from the military to college or civilian life. From the moment they apply to the university to the day they walk the stage, the MOC provides transition assistance, promotes student success, and provides essential guidance into meaningful employment. With active support from dozens of local partners in the form of scholarships, employment, and internships, Georgia State’s MOC provides the full spectrum of support for veterans.
